What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in AI technology, engineering, cybersecurity, and manufacturing.
Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
Create and implement a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and equipped for success.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and HR-related inquiries.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee feedback sessions to improve workplace satisfaction.
Performance Management & Training
Support performance evaluation processes, ensuring managers have the tools to assess, mentor, and develop their teams.
Assist in developing and delivering training programs, including leadership development, compliance training, and professional growth initiatives.
Work with management to identify skills gaps and recommend training opportunities.
Compensation, Benefits, & Compliance
Administer benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans, and serve as the primary contact for employee benefit questions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations related to employee relations, wages, and workplace safety.
Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal standards.
HR Operations & Culture Building
Support HR initiatives that strengthen company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and employee well-being.
Implement HR technology solutions to streamline administrative processes and enhance employee experience.
Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with SkyGuard’s growth and expansion plans.
What You’ll Bring
3-7 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including employment law, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Experience supporting technical teams, including AI engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and manufacturing professionals, is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
Proficiency in HR software (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
