What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand SkyGuard Innovations' presence in the security and safety technology industry.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the OEM, fleet, enterprise, commercial, and residential security sectors.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.

  • Lead and mentor teams of regional sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including automotive OEMs, government agencies, fleet operators, enterprise clients, and distributors.

  • Conduct high-impact product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of SkyGuard Innovations’ AI-driven security systems.

  • Work closely with engineering and product development teams to align customer needs with product innovations.

Market Expansion & Brand Awareness

  • Represent SkyGuard Innovations at industry expos, trade shows, and security technology conferences.

  • Develop market intelligence reports and analyze trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, sales materials, and lead-generation initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) to track sales performance, pipeline management, and customer interactions.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to executive leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and data security requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of sales experience in security systems, AI-driven technology, automotive safety, or fleet security solutions.

  • Proven track record in managing regional sales teams, driving revenue growth, and securing large-scale contracts.

  • Proven track record of securing contracts with automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.

  • Strong understanding of AI-enhanced security, IoT-based safety technologies, and enterprise security solutions.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and data-driven sales strategies.

Compensation & Benefits - This is Employee Based , Not Sub-Contractor

SkyGuard Innovations offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Competitive Base Salary ( $100,000 to $180,000 ) + Uncapped Commission Structure
