What You’ll Do
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SkyGuard’s AI-powered home security solutions in your region.
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting homeowners, property management firms, luxury home builders, security integrators, and smart home technology providers.
Conduct on-site security consultations, product demonstrations, and risk assessments to showcase SkyGuard’s security systems.
Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging security threats to optimize sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and ongoing sales.
Work closely with home automation and security installation companies to expand product distribution.
Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on advanced AI security, biometric access control, and perimeter defense solutions.
Assist clients with product integration, training, and after-sales support.
Market Expansion & Brand Awareness
Represent SkyGuard Innovations at home security expos, real estate conferences, networking events, and smart home technology trade shows.
Provide customer feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop regional promotions, targeted advertising campaigns, and digital engagement strategies.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales performance, and customer interactions.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in home security, smart home automation, or high-end residential security systems.
Proven ability to drive B2C and B2B sales, manage accounts, and close high-value deals.
Strong knowledge of AI-driven home security, remote access control, and smart home integration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Ability to travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and conduct product demonstrations.
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage sales pipelines.
Compensation & Benefits - This is Employee Based , Not Sub-Contractor
SkyGuard Innovations offers a competitive compensation package, including:
Competitive Base Salary ( $80,000 to $110,000 ) + Uncapped Commission Structure
